This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are clean and come with great showers that offer hot water. The staff are friendly and offer great service. Breakfast is delicious, and the location is close to the centre with stores nearby.

This hotel is excellent! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The rooms were plain but comfortable, and the hot shower was a big plus. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the sea and within walking distance of the town. We were able to visit YS Falls, Black River, and Lovers Leap all in one weekend, thanks to the hotel's central location. The breakfast included in the price was a great way to start our day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a well spent and enjoyable stay. the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Stacy, in particular, was exceptional and even arranged a special romantic dinner setup for us. Secondly, the rooms were cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave in the mornings. The hotel also provided free room service, although we preferred walking to the nearby restaurant. Lastly, the breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and the staff serving us were very attentive. this hotel provided great value for money with its attention to detail, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and tasty meals.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near popular destinations like YS Falls and the Appleton Estate Tour. The staff was also very hospitable and accommodating. the food offered at the hotel restaurant was well prepared and delicious.

There were some issues that detracted from my stay. The facilities were not well-maintained and some of the amenities such as the pool and WiFi were out of order.

The location of this guest house is perfect, as it is walking distance from the town and close to stores. the room was pleasant and had comfortable bedding. Service was excellent, and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was reasonable and delicious with plenty of options. the view of the sea was a beautiful added bonus.

The WiFi was unreliable and sometimes did not work.

We had a great stay with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the free room service and tasty breakfast options. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to stores and the city center.

All was perfect.

The hotel promises a lot on its website, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. there were a couple of things that stood out during my New Year stay. the location was excellent! It was close to some great local food spots and shopping centers, which made getting around really easy. the room was pretty clean, which was a plus. Finally, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and I was able to stream movies on my laptop without any interruptions.

The historic building is charming and full of character. The staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with transportation and providing interesting historical information. The rooms are comfortable with excellent amenities. The food is tasty, and the restaurant is popular with locals. excellent value for money.
